& RETALIATION
We represent private and public employees, and police officers, whose employers have discriminated against them because of their gender, race, national origin, religion, disability, sexual preference, political affiliation or family leave. We also pursue retaliation claims under Title VII, the Fair Employment & Housing Act, Section l983/First Amendment, Family Medical Leave Act, and various Labor Codes including Section 1102.5. We also advocate for whistleblower employees who expose governmental fraud, mismanagement, and abuse.
