Case Study – Employment Rights

A former employee turned whistleblower leveled serious charges of fraud, embezzlement and corruption against San Francisco-based Recology, accusing the unregulated garbage collection monopoly of bilking the State of California and taxpayers out of millions of dollars.

As a result, Brian McVeigh was fired for reporting fraud.

The Scott Law Firm represented the plaintiff in filing suit for abusive termination of employment, and won.
